After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the APAN 47 Local secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on (email@example.com) or +82-42-472-7460.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
※ Registration can be cancelled up until 7th Jan, 2019, minus $120 handling fee. After that, full registration will be charged
- Registration must be cancelled by sending an E-mail to APAN 47 Local secretariat, clearly stating your name and which event you are referring to.
- All refunds will be made after the event and within a month.
